Top five things I'm going to do post-graduation

  1. Join the gym down the street
  2. Read whatever the hell I want to read
  3. Go for drinks with friends after work
  4. Start planning an awesome overseas vacation
  5. Start paying Mima and the government back for my loans

Pesky Student Loans. Took me 10 years to pay mine off. Its good that I married an accountant.

I'm afraid that #5 is going to interfer with some of your other objectives.

Love the list. I really like #2! So true!

I don't know yet what my loan payments will be. Hoping I can get it paid down pretty quickly, as I didn't have to borrow that much officially (because of Mima's no-interest loan). The overseas vacation is definitely going to have to be a cheap one, though. There's no way I can afford Europe this year.

When I graduated university, #2 was definitely on my list, lol, I didn't read for pleasure for all four years of my bachelor program! It was horrible! lol:) Congrats!!!

I've never burned a book before (thought I was tempted a time or two), but I did set fire to the ten-page list of required and recommended reading after a long semester of classic literature, and I may have read a trashy romance novel by the light of the flames.

If you do join the gym, you're a stronger will than I. I had a free fitness center attached to my dorm while I was in college, and every time I walked past it I'd think, "You know, I really ought to..." Then I'd buy ice cream instead. Good luck on your list!
